Production
Our factories produce highly specialized, modern clothing and shoes. Each product undergoes quality control in all three steps of the production process, beginning with the selection of raw materials to manufacturing to distributing the final good. The company’s practices are in line with quality control standards of ISO 9001:2001 — VOSTOK-SERVICE was certified in October 2006, confirming its dedication to and efficiency in providing quality management.
Phases of implementation of a new product:
- propose new model design;
- tailoring design for production at our own factories;
- supply completed product directly to current clients and/or distribute to our network of stores.
Guiding principles of production
- Our flexible approach allows us to make adjustments to our current models or to put together sets of different models. We are willing to accommodate all of the requests and details that our customers ask of us, ranging from the color of the fabric, the number and shape of pockets, the fasteners, the presence of a hood, and many others.
- We are always upgrading our production facilities to expand output and maintain quality. The company invests between 5 and 6 million rubles annually into new equipment and the strengthening of its logistical base through continued training of personnel.
